Ready to Run

Spent morning sorting out clothes and throwing lots out. I still had more than 25 running T-shirts when I'd finished  so got rid of  a few more. Problem is that every time you do a race  you get another one.
Then went out for another 12k in the rain. 
And another wet walk with Léo while Liz did shopping.
Aching some, but hopefully will manage last few km in next 2 days
