Gingerbread

I’m off on a hike in Breda tomorrow with the ‘wandelen gang’ so I thought I’d bake some gingerbread for the way. As usual I didn’t have all ingredients in the pantry but I hope they turned out ok. Honey instead of golden syrup and yogurt for double cream couldn’t be too far off.
