A Lost World

The City Art Centre is showing a fabulous photography exhibition by Ron O'Donnell.  During the 1970s and 80s he photographed the interiors of all sorts of places in Edinburgh including grocers, fishmongers and laundrettes.  Fascinating photos and more so for those who know Edinburgh.  Janis and Mr F indulged me for this blip!  

Upstairs there was another equally interesting photography exhibition by Paul Duke, "No Ruined Stone".  He grew up in the Muirhouse area of Edinburgh and returned in 2015 to photograph the people and the environment. 

We finished up with a fine curry at the local "Bombay Bicycle Club".  Top day!
