Some sibs

One of my brothers and one of my sisters and their other halves came for the day and it was lovely. Much as I missed my older brother and younger sister, it’s much easier to catch up in a smaller group.

It feels very grown up to meet up without our children. My sister has 3 children who are all married and have children of their own and my brother has 4 boys, 3 of whom are married … so this is seriously scaled down and very different and very nice in its own way.

Although today wasn’t super busy or difficult, I think I’m going to ‘pay’ for it and tomorrow, I’ll be back into recovery mode.
