Cold cottage !

Our home is very cold this morning ! We had turned the heating to our normal of 18° and boosted it when we had friends and family in - so we knew our bill would be higher . But yesterday our monthly statement came in and it was more than double our usual . So back to our ' living in fear of huge bills' regime !
I can't imagine what it must be like for young families with low incomes just now.
