Boxing Day buffet

A very nice day on Christmas Day yesterday, but no photos taken. The day started with a fun service at friend H's church, accompanied again by friend's son H - we had a chat about his recent doctorate - very interesting. Came home and cooked Christmas Dinner, but full very quickly.  Boxing Day was a buffet at daughter's house in the next village.  Hadn't realised that having got planning permission through they had already started to build their new house in the garden of their current property.  It looks huge!  A fun afternoon and nice buffet tea. Taxi home late evening with pressies and some of the meats from the buffet.  Plans made with grandson to travel through Italy next year.  Resisted requests from the others to join us, haha!  #Special travel plans - Grandson and Gran time!
