Cleaning Up

The rain seemed to ease up so I went out for a ride with my pal. We aimed for a favourite café down in docklands but not surprisingly several were closed. 

On the way back we passed a yard  where a Hackney council cleaning truck was itself being washed down. Fortunately we found a place in the Olympic Park* where we washed down almond croissants with coffees. 

The rain picked up and it was nice to get home for a hot shower.


* Yes I know it's the QE2 park but everyone calls it the Olympic Park.
