Cafe boat

It rained all morning so we stayed inside and did more of the jigsaw. Eventually, the rain eased so we all went out for a walk as the children were getting a bit stir crazy. They bought some sweets at the café boat on the canal. During lockdown and since, it has done a roaring trade in coffee, bacon rolls and snacks. It has a comprehensive menu of takeaway food. Later in the afternoon we moved onto our next stop in Cheshire where we will stay for a couple of nights and visit our youngest grandson born in July.
