Mini trifles
It was foggy for most of the day, but I took my son and daughter in law to the airport for their flight to Dublin and it was clear in Bordeaux!
Mr F and his family had gone off sightseeing so I had a few hours to myself when I got home and I started on the catering for tonight’s meal. We had both vegetarian and meaty shepherds pies and I had sponge fingers, raspberries, framboise liqueur, eggs, chocolate and cream so I made trifles! On top were chocolate covered raspberries. They went down rather well.
