Comfort

Not feeling at my very best today.
Now and again these uncommon neurological conditions which I have had for over twenty years flare up and affect my balance. They should settle down by tomorrow. 
So it is a rest day. Feet up with my Kindle and some music.

Its a case of blipping the first thing you can see.

Nothing better than a hot cup of something.
