Kirtle Burn

We walked to Kirtle Burn Hut today in almost 30 degrees - a little bit cooler at the Snow Farm than down in Wānaka.
This photo is actually of the Meadow Hut - it was another hour to the Kirtle Burn hut. It was 16 km in all and Frida ran twice that!
We had our first swim for the year when we got back - it was super.
Then pizzas on the BBQ and salad, meringues and cream. We have had a super 2 days with our friends - and perfect weather.
