Getting the shot

We cycled there as a family for the first time in ages which was lovely, the Parade was great fun and we met up with friends to watch it. I then spent far too long queuing for burgers while the kids went on various rides and then we came home again!

Z and I watched the the 4400 and Supersize me under a blanket together on the sofa.

I was horribly sick in the night and have had a headache for most of the day and I am pretty tired after Prague but overall it's been a nice day.
