My Eleven year old granddaughter has taken me under her wing

When I confessed to never having made a cake, she showed me how to make a lemon drizzle cake.

Today I owned up to biscuits and lack of. So these are my/our ginger biscuits before they went in the oven. Turned out to be quite edible!

Next she proposes to introduce me to the Pavlova! Can’t wait
