Christmas Cake

After a lazy start, I ventured out to the High Street late morning for a shop. The pavements were icy and I was slipping so much that I had to ask Mr P to come and pick me up from Sainsbury’s. Games and reading by the fire in the afternoon and then we watched The Stranger on Netflix in the evening (unfortunately I didn’t enjoy it that much). The boys have hoovered up all the Christmas Day leftovers so we had to start cooking again. We also got stuck into this Christmas cake, a gift from a fellow parishioner.
