I got up a bit later than usual and then eschewed the muck and the mire of the bike on the open road for the indoors Holy Trinity of coffee, book and sofa for the rest of the morning.

A little fresh air and exercise in the afternoon but, really, not so much. Think the last few days of work have really made me appreciate time spent at home right now.
