Tint Tuesday: Lichen

I particularly like the theme chosen by MaryElizaR for this week's TT challenge: "Go outside...take a walk and find something tiny
Get creative as you can!   Have fun with it!"

So I took her at her word, and went out with my camera (plus macro lens) on my morning walk and ended up with quite a variety of possible shots. I settled in the end on this rather attractive little piece of lichen.

My Editor likes the shot I've added as an extra although I realised when I got home that I didn't quite get the focus stacking right: there's a little bit which is out of focus in the fork of the branchnear the centre. Never mind.
