Tiny fungus

On the cherry tree there are a lot of these very tiny fungi, I think they’re variable oysterlings, but it’s always really hard to ID fungi. If you look very carefully you'll even see an even tinier insect on top of the fungus. For TinyTuesday with thanks to MaryElizaR for hosting.
