Christmas morning

Son Gus was in fine form as we followed our normal Christmas routine of opening presents in the morning. Helen and Gus were enjoying "Baby Guiness" shots, and we also had some champagne. We also swapped lots of messages with Orla in Argentina (it's 85F where she is!).

I got a bit emotional about Orla not being with us. My sentimentality may also have been affected by not feeling particularly well. The flu has really take it out of me, and I'm still coughing and blowing my nose constantly.
