Milo loves his mum big time. She’d gone to get hot chocolate drinks for Sophia and I but the separation was too much. He took some holding back!

A really super day. One son and family here and then Big Sis came with Baby Anna and her parents, just to say hello. A must because who knows when they might be over to England from Japan again. Anna’s so much better now. They stayed a while and it was great to see our nephew and to meet his wife and daughter and for the cousins to meet. They spent so much time together when growing up.

Out after lunch to give Milo a run and ourselves some fresh air. Home to have tea round the log fire.

We won’t set the alarm tonight. No visitors tomorrow but we do have an indoor climbing frame to assemble for Esmée and Théa who arrive on Wednesday.
