ORNC Greenwich

I started to feel off-colour on Monday and by Wednesday, it felt like a bad cold. My nose has been streaming, I've been coughing, appetite has disappeared, and it's impossible to do any meaningful work. However, a COVID test has proven negative, so it's just a bad bout of flu.

With Helen and Gus both away, I was able to look after myself, but even a quick walk up to the shops felt like a challenge for a couple of days, so I've hardly been out.

I felt well enough today to venture out to run a couple of errands in Greenwich, walking back through the Old Royal Naval College. The clouds were a strange orangy colour, and there was a rainbow over the Cutty Sark.
