Matt and Lucy's new flat

Matt and Lucy are moving to Manchester next week so today we drove up to help him to move lots of his things in from home. His brand new flat is just a ten minute walk from the city centre in an area that has a lot of building work going on. The block that they're in has a concierge, gym, business centre, coffee/tv lounge, parcel room, 2 roof gardens and a bike store. Their flat has a kitchen with built in appliances, a lounge, bathroom and bedroom. They are very lucky to have found (and to be able to afford) such a lovely flat and I hope they're really happy there. 
We went up to the roof and Chris was very pleased that you could see The Etihad from up there!
