Backlight

I slept and slept and slept. Wonderful.
Once I got up I decided to try a run for the first time since my op as my cycle went so well yesterday.
Slow. Very slow but it all felt fine.
Very pleased with that. 
I watched football for most of the rest of the day except for a walk in the park. Lovely winter sunshine. A very mild day.
