Frosty morning

Volunteered at Charlton Parkrun on a very frosty morning - I was one of the timekeepers, so had to keep a hand out in the open as I don't have gloves that work with touchscreen devices.

I had my own running clothes on under my outer layers, so when I got home, I could quickly then head out for a run of my own - a 12km loop out to Deptford and back along the riverside.
