Merry Christmas

With my sister who cooked a great Christmas lunch. Hard to believe I’ve missed two Christmases. It was a good day and while the loss of my mum and my brother-in-law’s mum was noted, it was still a good day. We started with brekkie with bubbles with my niece who then left with her partner for lunch with his family. They returned late in the day to host a party with some of their friends. Lunch was Turkey and ham and berries and ice cream.
My younger nephew’s girlfriend unexpectedly came to visit too - her sister drove her the more than one hour distance. Their eyes locked in the city one day and that night he found her on an app that they both joined after that moment!
