Great Entertainment

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

The Mini Princesses and I went to the Playhouse tonight with Mary Doll and her friend, Eliza to see ‘My Fair Lady’.

Mary Doll and Eliza arrived first and decided that a bottle of wine was not only better value than buying by the glass, but it would also last for the whole show so they had bought one and split it into 2 plastic pint glasses.

Fast forward to the interval - the wine was gone and Mary Doll fancied sharing another bottle.

Now, Mary Doll is not a big drinker (and also has the capacity of an underdeveloped gnat). Midway through the second half, she started giggling and stage whispered that she was getting great value as she could see 2 of everyone! This was not a huge surprise as she had been chatting away to Eliza throughout most of the show as if they were just sitting in a pub and not in the theatre.

And that was before she decided to sing along!
