Mono Monday 466 :: MM466 :: Raindrops

Bert and Fred worked hard collecting all the last drops. For months there has been rain, floods and even snow but a hosepipe ban had only just been lifted. 

The last Mono Monday of the year, currently hosted by Coralina with the theme 'Raindrops, in low key'. 

Next month I will be hosting Mono Mondays. 

In January Mono Monday reaches its 9th birthday. Mono Monday No1 was posted by Paladain on Monday 27th January 2014, which makes it one of the longest running weekly themed challenges on Blip! Thanks Paladain. 

MM468 (9 x 52 = 468) on the 9th will be the technical 9th anniversary due to leap years etc.

The Tag system did not arrive until I introduced MM47 on the 22nd December 2014 when I was hosting. Until then most entries were just tagged ‘Mono Monday’ which just created an ever growing gallery. It was with the new tag system that hosts didn’t have to hyperlink every entry onto their posts, just look at the original. With a 100+ entries this task was massive. Other challenges have since found this simple tag system works and new ones continue to be added.

These themes are a guide, please interpret them the best you can. Be inventive, be simple but please be Mono.
