Salad sauce

Christmas Day, and I took hardly any photos! So happy to have my mother in law in such good shape, she is really enjoying life in the Old people’s Centre. I won’t say home, as it’s more like a hotel, with lots of craft activities, people to play cards with etc. she really does make the best salad dressing!
