The add on to the stables

At Broadmeadow racetrack Northern end there are some stables and a round pool that the horses can swim in. At the end of the stables is this derelict building.  I have no idea what it was or used for but it is slowly going to rack and ruin.  The grass is getting a good foot hold in the guttering.  Cracked windows and some graffiti are evidence.
