Winter at the Orleans

This is the winter time view of the empty pools at The Orleans hotel. The blue that you see is the blue paint on the empty bottom of the main pool. The area was closed for repainting.

I blipped this similar view from my same room in mid summer, some years ago. The resort was the home to the Olympia Sports Festival from 2005 to 2019. Sadly it has moved away to a different venue. So many great memories for me from this place. I spent some time tracking down old staff members still there who had helped me and said goodbye.
