Ruby Island. You can take your dog!

We went staggering this morning with A Cycling Granny (of Blip fame) and another friend and enjoyed the outing and conversation. She followed The Boss on to Blipfoto those 10 years ago and her 4000Th is coming  up  soon.
It was a fun outing of almost 10km ( We walked from our apartment and back there afterwards) and we had a grrreat time playing "Do you remember" with many of our combined hilarious photographic adventures, one  of which included Tussock (The Original, accept no substitutes)  flying through the air and Anne riding a bike down a hill as Mary Poppins complete with umbrella.
Ruby Island is about 600 mx from the shore so is a substantial swim or a short boat ride.
Boxing day had brought a lot of folk out with today reaching 24 C so a nice "Cuppa" was had at Edgewater on the way back...
