A Walk by the Lake

Only three of us walking today, but Piano Lady did join us towards the end of our walk.  We parked by the lake and walked to Waterfall Creek.  It was nice along the path, as there was lots of shade.  +26C.  The white flower is Kanuka, not quite looking its best yet.  In the photo is our oldest walker, plus The Boss from Tussock Tales.  We stopped for a drink on the way home.  Over 11K steps, or 8 K's.  Quite far enough on such a hot day.
