Happy Christmas!

Father Christmas was very good to the boys who have had a very nice day indeed. They were up and all presents opened before the sun was up. I had a bit of a dip and then spent two hours asleep on the sofa (another sleep after lunch). Lunch will go down as memorable, pigs in blankets with mash and roasted carrots, ice cream for pudding. It was pretty much all we could face. 

Sister and her husband visited for afternoon tea, which was lovely and a real pick me up. The cousins were so delighted to see each other, and after a bit of a let down of not having the while family here for Christmas, the boys were so happy. 

Lovely presents, a strangely lovely day (if not what was expected). And feeling much better this evening!
