Lazing on a rainy afternoon

After spending most of the morning convincing the boy we should go and see my sister at a car boot we finally got there at eleven to find some very empty stalls and some still brimming with various tat! Luckily my sisters was one of the fairly empty ones. The boy spotted a Diego Maradona biography and bartered with his future bro on law for a good deal. He was brimming ear to ear when he got it for free.

I pointed out that he doesn't read. He said "but I'll read this one as it is split up into little sections."

"Yes Simon, they are commonly known as chapters."

We ventured back via mums to see the 'phews then back home for an afternoon of 'About a Boy', 'Willy Wonka', beef casserole and monopoly.

A very unproductive day. I blame the weather.
