And relax

Had a couple people round for some orders this morning and then I escaped down to Stobo for a couple of hours - total bliss. Also the first day in well over 12 months without any significant pain in my hip, apart from being stiff, I can pretty much walk with a normal gait again. Looks like Monday's injection is working.

This evening we had a few friends over for a pre-Christmas takeaway and get together. Of course we ended up kicking the arse out of it but was a fun night.
