Carnage

Still tired after running around after kids yesterday but Susie had arranged for her friends to come round today with their kids. I chose to escape the screaming and gossiping and went for a 10k run in the rain. It was a bit of a slog half way through but I felt good by the end; although my calves were rather tight.

Hopefully a relaxing evening will be enough to recharge ourselves for the coming week.

Todays run was 6.57 miles in 50:21.

EDIT: Didn't realise this was 2 years. Wow. Can't believe it's that long.
