Tapiocas
Tapiocas and queijo de coalho.
Tapiocas are made from mandioca (cassava) starch and are a regional food from northeastern Brazil. The cheese is also a regional specialty and the best cooking cheese (sorry halloumi, you're good too, but...). Eating this cheese inside of a tapioca is a common preparation.
This is my favorite breakfast.
