Darn it, I just lost my edited post! I hate that.
Or is it too many pain meds?

Apologies for not posting the last two days - it was all a bit too much!

At any rate, the surgery went very well and I got home yesterday at midday. This afternoon there was a huge flock of geese outside my house - Canada Geese if I’m not mistaken. They landed in the golf course because it was closed today due to frigid temps, a dashing of snow and ice, making it impossible to play.

Izzy found the geese fascinating- they were very close to the deck. And they were there for quite some time - an hour or more.
