COLD

The day started at 45 degrees F with the last of the rain. The skies cleared, the wind came up, and the temperature started to fall. By 9:30 it was 35 degrees and we decided to go ahead and walk. I took this lazy photo of the sky, clouds, sun as we were returning home. By the time we got to the house at 11:00 it was 28 degrees. As I type this, at almost 5:00 PM it's 18 degrees F. It's supposed to get down to maybe 7 degrees F overnight. Maybe colder. We'll see! And then not get much above 20 tomorrow. It is too bloody cold, is what it is. BUT! We were spared any ice or snow - and that's a very definite plus.
