Working late

Our local butcher has been working into the evening to sort out the hundreds of festive orders. We aren't one of them, in fact, as they don't supply geese. I couldn't source one in Edinburgh so ended up ordering from a farm in Somerset. It arrived still very well chilled courtesy of good packing and swift delivery by FedEx.
