before, during and after
we started the day with a new brunch - red onions, mushrooms and stale bread cubes with 3 glugs of olive oil, cooked in the oven for 15 mins before adding eggs, milk and mustard.(you could top with grated cheddar) cook for a further 30 mins - delicious and stress free. (why do i get so stressed cooking a full english?)
rain cut short this afternoon's walk but a good excuse to read the papers.
