Rubbish

We have always enjoyed excellent service for our normal rubbish & reyclabes bins but since getting a (free) paper/cardboard bin this year, we have only had problems with it been emptied. It's the same company with the contract but for some reason, unlike the other two, from which one can set one's watch, this one has been ignored most of the 4 weekly collection days.

Four weeks ago we 'complained' at the County Council. Today it was agian obvious it wasn't going to be collected so Angie again phoned them. Promptly the company phoned saying they would send around the lorry. And sure enough, they did arrive. Long discussion, temporary staff .........   Since then bin has been emptied correctly.
