You Can Do It

I was sent a gift card from a certain DIY shop after a bad customer service experience and this is what I spent it on :)

Needed an anti-vertigo tablet to get in the car but I was determined not to lose another Sunday to my BPPV!

It seems that when I have the nausea with the dizzy spells that the tablets don't work but today it was just ear pressure and swaying and so I was lucky :) All was well until I encountered stairs but this meant discovering I'm far less woozy in a lift than I was expecting! A point to remember :)

Also visited the HomeSense shop and have had a Memorarty Farty afternoon with Formula One in the background. Daren't watch the cars going round too intently when I have work tomorrow!
