Totally agree!

My Christmas cooking has commenced on Monday when I prepared fillings for my pierogi/dumplings with sauerkraut and wild mushrooms (which we picked in Autumn) on Wednesday I made Bigos/Hunter stew, and today another traditional dish Ryba po grecku/Greek style fish.
I can only do so little but every evening, as since going back full time to work I’m trying my best to prepare traditional twelve dishes for the Christmas Eve.

Two more days and I can relax :)
