Plastic-wrapped Fibre Optics

Woke up this morning with a heavy chest and a cough. Add to that a headache all day, probably as a result of coughing, and I'm not a happy bunny. Shall take myself to bed soon for an early night, with a couple of paracetamol. No temperature or fever, so it would seem to be 'just' a cough. 

Here's my abstract with thanks to Photoshop (using the 'plastic wrapped' filter) and to challenge host Ingeborg for the 'festive' prompt. Apologies for lack of comments. Even before this cough and headache kicked in, I've been feeling extremely tired. Ah, well. What do we expect approaching Christmas?!??
