Addict!

Somewhere down there in that mass of young, talented people, is the miniMinx. This evening, we - me, the Minx, and her mum - drove down to Leicester, to watch her college's Christmas show, entitled 'Guilty Pleasures'.

And, I have to say, that although I am not a huge fan of dance, I really enjoyed a lot of it. Perhaps the closest I came to a guilty pleasure was 'Mambo No.5', although I make ABSOLUTELY NO APOLOGIES for loving the Bob the Builder version, which is a bona fide banger.

The high point for me was the miniMinx dancing to Depeche Mode's "Personal Jesus', which, frankly, can't be anyone's guilty pleasure. It also sounded far and away the best on the not-quite-up-to-it sound system.

Anyway, after all that, we went for a curry, which was absolutely delicious but marred by the smallest poppadoms I've ever seen!
