Looking for jet, ammonites and old gravestones

We spent this morning on the shorelines at Whitby and Runswick Bay beach-combing, looking in particular for jet and a bit of fossil hunting. We were unsuccessful but learnt a lot at the Jet Museum in Whitby (free).
