I always keep taking pictures like this. Probably need to forcibly change my routine and thinking.

The weather was frighteningly cold today, my face in slight sharp pain from the wind. Been a while feeling like this. The momentary discomfort is then washed away with relief in that, it’s easier to escape and keep warm than escaping from the heat.

Need to “hibernate” my mind and body for recharging. In the bath sweating it out as I write this. Pretty lucky.
