Another Wild Coastline

Today's planned route was to cross several beaches and cliffs in the north of Menorca, starting and finishing at a stone manor house which houses a musem and cafe, and is a safeplace to leave the hire car.

But we arrived to find the manor is now a private residence and bars access to the route. we were a bit fed up though drove to another coastal village where we found a way across cliffs and in and out of wild bays with crashing waves, over to the next settlement. It made for a challenging and exciting alternative, so a win-win situation. On the route were superb rock formations, wild flowers, birds of prey and horses. Not one sign, though of humans.

So, another coastal pic - hope you aren't getting tired of them. The tall flower in the foreground is an Asphodel.
