I saw this only today, and I am 2 days late to do it, but happy birthday, Duane. The AIDS epidemic, remembering how many lives it took, shatters my heart every time I think about it. I’m so sorry that medicine wasn’t advanced enough to save you, Duane. I’m sorry you were only one among so many others lost to this disease. I hope you’re happy up there. I’m going to celebrate your birthday every year. You’re not forgotten.
