A loving squash….. and we loved it roasted with left over beef stew . Day of packing and socialising, didn’t really have time to ride but squeezed in a cheeky hack in the afternoon which was rather lively, Crazy Daisy was just on her toes from start to finish and probably very fed up by the low level pace of riding of late, so she spiced it up with a quick bolt and we galloped until she ran out of path.
Very naughty very exhilarating!
I’m my wisdom I invited friends round for a quick Xmas catch up as we’re off to UK tomorrow until new year and won’t see them , so having still not really packed much we stopped for delicious Xmas punch and nibbles, which lead to consumption of an impressive cheese board which was destined for our UK guests and then late night mince pies - ooops , haha .
Finally gave up packing and went to bed about 1 am , we’ll manage with what ever we have or don’t have !
